We’re located in Plaza Eighty Eight near Haggen and across the street from Applebees. We’re a quick drive over to Seattle Premium Outlet Mall & Tulalip Casino and minutes from Jennings Memorial Park and Ebey Waterfront. Whether you’re making us a quick stop for a boba run, need a little pick-me-up for a road trip to or from Canada, or coming to simply hang out, we’re happy to have you!

Iced or hot. Non-dairy creamer base. Non-dairy milk options available. Not all milk teas have tea so only some have caffeine.

Iced or hot. Completely dairy-free. Fruit flavors, honey, lemon, and plain. Can be made with no tea for a fruit juice taste that is caffeine-free.

  • Yes, our iced teas & icy slushes are completely dairy-free. All of shakes are made with a non-dairy creamer and the shakes containing milk are marked. Soy, almond, oat, and coconut milk are available as dairy substitutes for our shakes & milk teas.

  • We’re located off of 88th st near the Haggen Grocery Store. We’re on the same side of the road as Chick-fil-A and near WaFd Bank.

    Enter through the any of the entrances that lead to Haggen as they will also lead/have access to Pochi.

  • We do not. Please place an online order here, come in to order in-person, or order for delivery via UberEats or GrubHub.

  • Yes, in most cases, you can adjust the sweetness. Choose your sweetness level: 0%, 25%, 50%, or 100%. A few drink exceptions apply like Thai Tea.

  • Our Taro Milk Tea & Taro Shakes are most popular across all of our locations. Other popular drinks include Cookies & Cream Shake, Thai Milk Tea, Black Milk Tea, & Mango Shake.

  • Yes, gift cards are available for purchase in-store only. They are available at each of our locations and can be used at each location as well.

  • We have 3 tables that seats 4 each, one large table, a few chairs, & a couch.

    Each table has access to outlets for charging devices or plugging in your laptops.
