Welcome to Pochi Lynnwood, serving the community for over 15 years. Our shop sits right off the freeway with quick I-5 access—perfect for a boba stop on the go. We’re 10–15 minutes from Alderwood Mall, only a few minutes to Mill Creek Town Center, and close to Martha Lake for sunny-day sips. Look for us across the street from the bowling alley—we’re near Subway, but not in the same plaza (common mix-up!). And come hungry: Lynnwood is the only location with fries and our original crispy chicken basket.

PARKING INFO & DIRECTIONS
Complimentary retail parking lot.
Use the main lot off 164th St, the back entrance via Meadow Rd, or enter through the adjacent plaza at 1133 164th St SW (it connects to our lot). We’re across the street from the bowling alley—near Subway, but not in the same plaza.

The plaza that Subway is in does not have driving access to our lot. Please do not park in their parking lot & walk over (unless you are purchasing from one of their shops).

Iced or hot. Completely dairy-free. Fruit flavors, honey, lemon, and plain. Can be made with no tea for a fruit juice taste that is caffeine-free.

  • Yes, our iced teas & icy slushes are completely dairy-free. All of shakes are made with a non-dairy creamer and the shakes containing milk are marked. Soy, almond, oat, and coconut milk are available as dairy substitutes for our shakes & milk teas.

  • We’re at 1211 164th St Sw Ste #102, Lynnwood, WA 98087. We’re across the street from Jack in the Box/Bowlero. We’re right next to Subway but in a different plaza that’s right next to it.

  • We do not. Please place an online order here, come in to order in-person, or order for delivery via UberEats or GrubHub.

  • Yes, in most cases, you can adjust the sweetness. Choose your sweetness level: 0%, 25%, 50%, or 100%. A few drink exceptions apply like Thai Tea.

  • Our Taro Milk Tea & Taro Shakes are most popular across all of our locations. Other popular drinks include Avocado Shake (made with fresh avocado), Mango Shake, Taro Strawberry, & Thai Milk Tea.

  • Yes, gift cards are available for purchase in-store only. They are available at each of our locations and can be used at each location as well.

  • We have a variety of tall tables, regular tables, and a few couches/chairs making it great to sit down and hang out.

  • Exclusively at our Lynnwood location only, our Happy Hour is from Monday to Thursday, 1pm-6pm. We’ll take 50% off Fries & Potstickers/Gyozas when you place your order in-store via kiosk or at the register.
